Falcon Gold Corp. Reports on Annual and Special Meeting

(firmenpresse) - SUDBURY, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/06/12 -- Falcon Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: FG) reports that pursuant to the Annual and Special Shareholder Meeting, which was held in Vancouver BC, on October 29, 2012, shareholders have voted in favour of all management resolutions proposed in the Management Information Circular including the approval of the Company's Stock Option Plan, the adoption of a Shareholder Rights Plan, the Continuance of the Company from Ontario to British Columbia, the election of directors and the approval of Grant Thornton LLP as the Company's auditors. The seven members elected to the Board of Directors include: Edward Stringer, President & CEO, Brian Crawford, CFO, Jamie Lavigne, VP Exploration, David Beilhartz, Peter Clausi, David Tafel and James Farley.
