(firmenpresse) - MORRISTOWN, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 11/08/12 -- Ellsworth Fund Ltd. (NYSE MKT: ECF) today announced a change to the shareholders' meeting record date.
The record date of November 5, 2012 previously announced has been changed to November 20, 2012.
The date of the annual shareholders meeting remains unchanged. As previously announced, the meeting will be held on January 18, 2013.
Ellsworth Fund Ltd. operates as a closed-end, diversified management investment company and invests primarily in convertible securities, with the objectives of providing income and the potential for capital appreciation; which objectives the Fund considers to be relatively equal, over the long-term, due to the nature of the securities in which it invests.
