PEAK Technologies Announces Company Name Change to Peak-Ryzex
New Name Reflects Unification of Systems, Operations and Resources of PEAK Technologies and Ryzex
(firmenpresse) - COLUMBIA, MD -- (Marketwire) -- 11/08/12 -- today announced that it has completed its company name change to Peak-Ryzex, effective immediately. Since PEAK Technologies acquired Ryzex in late 2011, both organizations have undergone a major transformation, dramatically expanding the number of resources available to customers, increasing the solutions and services portfolio, strengthening the company's overall geographic footprint, while also merging back-end business and processes through the company's SAP® ERP system.
To reflect this transformation, PEAK engaged a third party to conduct a branding study which guided the company's naming strategy.
