THIN - Warrants exercise period

Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issued Warrants to the subscribers of new
shares in the rights issue completed in the second quarter 2009. The Warrants,
having ISIN number NO 001 0512742, are exercisable in the period 6-31 May 2010,
with a further and final exercise period between 1 September and 6 November
2010. The Warrants expire and are no longer exercisable after 6 November 2010. A
letter and exercise form pertaining to the upcoming exercise period between 6
and 31 May 2010, was been sent to the registered Warrant holders on 3 May 2010.
