(PresseBox) - ProMaqua is presenting its new electrolysis unit Dulco®Lyse at Brau Beviale 2012, Hall 4 Stand 4-306/308. The system enables low-chloride, electrochemically activated water (ECA water) to be economically generated on site from water, salt and electricity.
The extremely low chloride content is significantly under the level of comparable processes, which often contain more than 20 times as much chloride. These minimal chloride concentrations mean that corrosion is reliably prevented. Considerable cost savings are made possible due to the low consumption of resources as well as due to the fact that no preservatives are required in beverage manufacturing processes.
In contrast to conventional processes which often convert just 5% of the sodium chloride, Smart Disinfection developed by the Heidelberg-based manufacturer converts around 85%. At the same time, operating costs are significantly reduced by the minimal use of resources.
