Gesa Credit Union's Commercial Services Team Wins 2012 Credit Union Excellence in Business Lending Award
(firmenpresse) - RICHLAND, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/13/12 -- Gesa Credit Union's Commercial Services team was recently honored with a 2012 Credit Union Excellence in Business Lending award by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA), a leading national trade association serving America's credit unions. Awards were presented during a reception held on November 5th at the Annual CUNA Lending Council conference in Miami, FL. The conference is one of the largest gatherings of credit union professionals from across the country.
Gesa's Commercial Services team was recognized for developing a profitable and sustainable member business lending portfolio, hiring experienced lending staff who provide prudent underwriting and strong portfolio management, and offering products and services to meet the needs of people who live and work in Washington. They were also recognized for putting up impressive loan growth numbers, providing over $120 million to local businesses in the last three years.
