Company Launches European Data Centre, Grows Employee Base and Increases Local
Language Offerings to Support Fast Growing Market

Jive Software, the leader in social business (Nasdaq:JIVE), is expanding its
operations in Europe through new services for local customers, including
opening its first data centre in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
With the new data centre, Jive customers throughout Europe now gain local
access to the leading social business platform on the market. The data centre
features a modular build, abundant capacity and high-power density for serving
enterprises with Jive's full suite of enterprise-class social business
solutions.
The company also announced more than 70% employee growth in the region for
2012, as well as improved Jive platforms in French, German, Italian, Spanish,
Portuguese, and Russian translations by the end of 2012. Eight additional
European languages will be added in 2013. The company's website will also be
translated into French and German by end of month.
