Director / PDMR shareholding
The Company was notified on 5 May 2010 that the beneficial interests of two of
the executive directors of Novae Group plc ("the Company") in the Company's
£1.00 Ordinary shares had increased as set out in the table below. The increases
result from the SIPP administrator's putting into effect the directors' standing
instruction to purchase the Company's £1.00 Ordinary shares with SIPP cash
balances arising from tax recoveries and accumulated dividends, which
transactions were effected at a price of £3.0919 per share on 5 May 2010.
