Frankfurt, May 6, 2010 - Devonhill Technology Partners plc, a technology
investment company that markets intellectual property for
commercialization, is pleased to announce that its shares have been listed
on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The total issued capital of GBP 843,000 divided into 84,300,000 name shares
with a calculative nominal value of GBP 0.01 has been admitted to trading.
The first price was GBP 0.45. Approximately 86 % of the shares are held by
management and approximately 14 % are classified as free float.
