Ordinary general meeting held

(2010-05-06) Kitron ASA held its ordinary general meeting on 6 May
2009. 97,683,342 shares amounting to 56,48 per cent of the share capital were
represented in the meeting.
All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice issued on 15 April 2010.
The ordinary general meeting re-elected Kustaa Aima to the nomination committee
for a period of two years.
