Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange remains the aim
Douglas, Isle of Man, 16. November 2012: Haldane McCall PLC (Frankfurt: WKN A1J3U8, HMK1), a European company that invests in emerging markets in Africa, files the final prospectus.
The prospectus already submitted some weeks ago has been updated within the scope of the approval procedure of BaFin with all additional requested information submitted. The updated prospectus is now almost 300 pages and has met all the requested criteria for a Listing in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Due to the new segmentation of the Frankfurt Open Market and the associated flood of applications, there may be longer processing times. The company has made more parallel listing-applications on regional stock exchanges, such that even after the 15th December 2012 Haldane McCall will be trading as usual.
For the listing on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange, the company is only waiting for an appointment for a personal presentation in order to complete the request. HMK is also already in dialogue with the Berlin Stock Exchange.
