Tomy Mangattur Joins Laurel Hill Advisory Group
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/19/12 -- The Laurel Hill Advisory Group, North America's only independent cross border Shareholder Communications firm today announced the hiring of Tomy Mangattur. Tomy will be responsible for business development for Laurel Hill's Strategic Shareholder Solutions and Corporate Governance Advisory services. Tomy's extensive experience as Director, Mergers & Acquisitions for RBC Investor Services will add another level of expertise to Laurel Hill. While at RBC Investor Services, Tomy helped identify target companies, undertook valuations, established pricing and performed due diligence as well as dealt with purchase and sale agreements and worked with transition committees for these transactions.

Prior to his time at RBC Investor Services, Tomy was Vice President with Bank of America's Corporate & Investment Banking Group. He also worked in PwC's M&A Transaction Services Group and KPMG's Corporate Finance Group. Tomy received a Double Major in Economics and Management from the University of Toronto, an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and holds the Corporate Finance (CF) Qualification.
