Cypriot Supreme Court decides on jurisdiction for claim against Eltek

As described in Eltek ASA's annual reports since 2006, Eltek ASA, through the
merger with Nera ASA, assumed a claim that has been put forward by a Cypriot
company against nine legal entities/persons including Nera ASA and a former
employee in the Nera group of companies.
Eltek ASA has now learned that the Cypriot Supreme Court has overruled the
decision of the lower court and found that the Cyprus courts do have
jurisdiction to hear the case. The company has currently no information about
the timing of such a court case.
