Shareholders approve sole Agenda Item and Proposal
Schlieren (Zurich), Switzerland, November 20, 2012 - Cytos Biotechnology
Ltd ('Cytos' or the 'Company') announced that at today's Extraordinary
Shareholders' Meeting the shareholders approved the proposal and hence
elected Dr. Christian Itin to the Board of Directors.
The Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting took place at the premises of the
Company at Schlieren (Zurich), Switzerland. 31 shareholders attended the
meeting. In total 13,801,578 shares were present or represented accounting
for 61.58% of the total of 22,411,431 shares issued.
