DayStar Technologies, Inc. (DSTI) Terminates Debt Reduction of $15 Million Dollars

(firmenpresse) - KELOWNA, BC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/20/12 -- DayStar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSTI) has terminated the debt swap that contemplated the purchase by DayStar Technologies from Michael Matvieshen. This $15 million secured convertible debenture deal was issued by Salamon in exchange for DSTI to Michael Matvieshen by mutual consent of all parties of the agreement.
