BDI - BioEnergy International AG moves to the General Standard
(Grambach, 21.11.2012) BDI - BioEnergy International AG, the prominent
technology supplier and specialised plant manufacturer in the Waste to
Energy field, has been listed in the Prime Standard at Frankfurt Stock
Exchange since 25. September 2006. The company has now decided to move from
the Prime Standard to the General Standard and has submitted an application
to change segment. The company is working on the assumption that the move
to the General Standard will be made in February 2013. The company's shares
will continue to be listed in the Prime Standard until then.
The Management Board considers the General Standard to be the appropriate
stock market segment for BDI at the present time. The less demanding
transparency requirements will help to cut costs. Since the General
Standard is a market segment that is regulated by the EU, the shareholders
will at the same time still be guaranteed a high level of transparency as
well as share tradability.
