Odfjell SE : Completes Bond Issues

Reference is made to the notification sent 20 November 2012 regarding potential
new bond issues by Odfjell SE.
Odfjell SE has successfully completed the issuance of a NOK 200 million three-
year and a NOK 500 million six-year senior unsecured bond issue.
The settlement date for both bond issues is expected to be 3 December 2012. An
application will be made for listing of the bonds on Oslo Stock Exchange.
In conjunction with the new bond issues, Odfjell has repurchased bonds with a
nominal value of NOK 96 million in the existing bond issue ODF03 maturing in
December 2013 and NOK 100 million in the existing bond issue ODF04 maturing in
April 2017.
Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Swedbank First Securities acted as Joint Lead
Managers for the bond issues.
