on the Prime Standard of Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has approved the annual
financial statements 2010/2011.
The supervisory board of biolitec AG accepted the financial state-ments for
the business year 2010/2011 prepared by the executive board and audited by
BDO AG, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Erfurt, on its meeting on November
16th, 2012.
The financial statements for the business year 2010/2011 are thereby
adopted.
