Chief Operating Officer Mikael Öberg leaves Geveko

Mikael Öberg, has given notice and will leave Geveko December 31, 2010. Mikael
Öberg was employed Manager of Business Area Contracting in June 2009 and was
appointed COO in March this year.
"I regret that Mikael has decided to leave Geveko. Mikael has during his short
time of employment implemented several important changes within the contracting
business area. Mikael will hold his position until turn of the year. When Stefan
Tilk, appointed new Managing Director and CEO of Geveko, enters his position
after summer, decisions will be taken concerning the future management group,"
says Hans Ljungkvist.
