(firmenpresse) - ZEELAND, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 11/26/12 -- Gentex Corporation (NASDAQ: GNTX), the Zeeland, Michigan-based manufacturer of and camera-based lighting-assist and driver-assist systems for the automotive industry, and , today announced that its Board of Directors recently declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 (13 cents) per share that will be payable January 18, 2013, to shareholders of record of the common stock at the close of business on January 7, 2013.
