The Annual General Meeting in Acta Holding ASA resolved on 11 May 2010 to adopt
the annual report and accounts for the Acta group and Acta Holding ASA for 2009
as proposed by the Board of directors.

meeting (in Norwegian only). All the items on the agenda was approved in
accordance with the suggestions and recommendations of the Board, including the
recommendation from the nomination committee.
