(PINKSHEETS: ZMRK) subsidiary CompraLux™ enters into an agreement with Mundo Fox to launch in their new Spanish-language television channel around the United States with the goal of winning a large segment of more than 50 million Hispanics living in this country. Zalemark Holding Company, Inc's new subsidiary CompraLux™ Hispanic Shopping Network and Mundo Fox, with their new channel and programming, will collaborate to seize the portion of the Hispanic audience that currently holds a purchasing power of $1 trillion. This growing market is expected to represent a third of the U.S. population by 2050. Mundo Fox launched with their updated look and bold program line-up on Monday, August 13th, 2012 in 50 U.S. cities directed toward the Latino communities in Los Angeles, New York, Miami and Houston. The CompraLux™ agreement with Mundo Fox will be introduced in the Los Angeles market, which represents a demographic of over 4 million.
