Scout Exploration Provides Corporate Update

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/28/12 -- Scout Exploration Inc. (OTCBB: SCXN) is pleased to provide the following corporate update to its share holders. Scout has recently filed all of its financial statements up to and including June 30th 2012 on EDGAR and is now a current issuer in the United States. The company plans to file on SEDAR and become current in BC as well. Management has reached agreements with its main creditors to settle the majority of the company's debt and is in negotiations to finance its ongoing operations.
