Constellation Acquires the Assets of the Canadian Healthcare Business of Ormed
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/30/12 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation")(TSX: CSU), announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation ("Harris"), the acquisition of the software technology and clients of the Canadian healthcare business of Ormed Information Systems Ltd. ("Ormed").
Daniel Desaulniers, Group President of Harris Quebec and Healthcare, commented, "This acquisition allows us to significantly expand our healthcare business in Canada.
