Acquisition Expands Enghouse's Pulse Intelligent Network Platform and Geographic Footprint

(firmenpresse) - MARKHAM, ONTARIO and STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN -- (Marketwire) -- 12/03/12 -- Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ESL) announced today it has acquired Albatross Scandinavia AB (Albatross).

Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Albatross offers a real-time, IN (Intelligent Network) platform that delivers voice and SMS routing products to telecom operators in nine countries. The solutions are provided via a managed services model and support a wide range of protocols and applications for traditional TDM, as well as next generation SIP, ENUM and IMS protocols.
