Eindhoven, May 17, 2010 - Catalis SE, the worldwide service provider for
the digital media and entertainment industry, is pleased to announce
today's release of its annual report for the fiscal year 2009. The audit
has been successfully completed and preliminary results reported previously
are fully confirmed.
Catalis Group generated revenues for the fiscal year 2009 of EUR 32.0m,
representing a decrease of 16% against previous year's figure of EUR 38.1m.
The decrease is due to a slowdown of business activities and related
revenues due to cancellations of projects against the background of the
difficult economic environment.
The operating result (EBIT) for the fiscal year 2009 amounted to EUR -1.5m
compared to EUR 2.9 million in the fiscal year 2008. The net profit for the
period was reduced from EUR 2.1m to EUR -0.3m.
Earnings per share (EPS) were down from EUR 0.08 to EUR -0.01 and fully
diluted EPS were reduced from EUR 0.07 to EUR -0.01.
