Management changes at Klövern

Hans Lindh has been appointed as new Unit Manager in Västerås and Mikael Forkner
as new Unit Manager in Norrköping. They will both be members of Klövern's
executive management group with a particular focus on collaboration between the
cities where Klövern operates.

Hans Lindh, who will take up his appointment on 20 May, was previously employed
as head of Asset Management at ICA Fastigheter. Hans has long experience of
property development and management and lives in Västerås.

Mikael Forkner, who will take up his appointment on 23 August, was previously
employed as real estate manager at the Real Estate Administration in the City of
Stockholm. Mikael has good knowledge both of real estate administration and
management of parking as he has also been head of the City of Stockholm's
parking services. Mikael lives in Linköping.

The executive management group consists, apart from the above and the CEO Gustaf
Hermelin, also of:

Britt-Marie Einar, Finance and Information Manager and Deputy CEO
Thomas Nilsson, IT and Real Estate Manager and Deputy CEO
Elisabeth Norling, Personnel and Environmental Manager
