Transmode expands North American operations with new support and service center

Dallas, Texas and Stockholm, Sweden - 5(th) December 2012 - Transmode, a global
supplier of packet-optical networking solutions, today announced the expansion
of its North American operations with the opening of the company's new support
and service center in Dallas Texas.
To support Transmode's rapidly growing business in North America, the company
has moved into expanded office facilities in Dallas, Texas. The new support and
service center centralizes a number of existing support functions and order
management capabilities, while also adding fully functional lab as well as
training facilities.
The new support and service center is centrally located with excellent transport
links and provides Transmode with enhanced business facilities to support the
company's growth in the region. The new location provides advanced facilities to
support Transmode's range of services, including local 24/7 technical
assistance, on/off-site training, EF&I (Engineering, Furnish and Installation)
services and spare parts management with 2/4/24 hour on-site delivery. Order
management capabilities are also further enhanced by local warehousing of
Transmode's most popular products to ensure swift order delivery.
