CCL Industries Announces Acceleration of Quarterly Dividend Payment

(TSX: CCL.A)(TSX: CCL.B), a world leader in specialty packaging solutions for the consumer products and healthcare industries, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the acceleration of the Company's fourth quarter dividend payment. Payment of the dividend declared on November 6, 2012 of $0.1950 per Class B non-voting share and $0.1825 per Class A voting share payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2012 will be made December 20, 2012 instead of January 3, 2013.
