Closing of sale of Sky Office
Berlin, December 10, 2012. ORCO erste Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH,
a subsidiary of ORCO Germany S.A., confirms closing of sale of Sky Office
in Düsseldorf for EUR 117 Million. The transaction proceeds shall allow the
full refinancing of the current facility of GSG, another subsidiary of ORCO
Germany.
The purchaser is Allianz Real Estate Germany.
