Copeinca ASA´s Annual General Meeting was held today, 18 May 2010. All proposed
resolutions in the notice to the meeting were approved by the shareholders.
It was resolved to distribute USD 0.85, equivalent to NOK 4.94, in dividends per
share. The dividends will be distributed to the shareholders of record as of
the date of the General Meeting.
