SpareBank 1 SMN - TIER 2 NEW ISSUE

SpareBank 1 SMN is considering issuing a new Tier2 of minimum NOK 650 million
and up to NOK 1 000 million. The bond will have a maturity of 10-year
with annual redemption rights for the issuer after 5 years (5 +5). The loan has
no incentives to redeem (without step-up) if the loan is continued after 5
years.
The bond will include a regulatory call in case the capital fails to meet future
regulatory requirements for Tier 2 capital.
Arrangers for the new issue are SpareBank 1 SMN Markets, SpareBank 1 Markets and
Swedbank First Securities.
