Former Yahoo! Executive Brings e-Commerce Expertise to Rainmaker's Board

Mr. Faldi is currently the Chief Executive Officer at TruEffect.
Mr. Faldi brings more than 20 years of senior management experience in both start-ups and public technology companies including e-Commerce organizations. Prior to TruEffect, he was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Datalogix and prior to that he served as the Vice President of the Global Broadband business for Yahoo!. Finnegan's experience also includes SVP of e-Commerce at Solidus Networks, and Vice President of Business Development and Sales for United Online.
Faldi holds a BS Degree in Finance and Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
