AtmanCo Begins Trading

("AtmanCo" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ATW) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has issued its final bulletin in respect of the reverse takeover of the Company and the public financing pursuant to which the Company issued 7,076,012 units at $0.30 per unit for gross proceeds of $2,122,804 (see press releases dated October 22 and November 15, 2012).
As a result, AtmanCo is pleased to announce that its common shares will commence trading today on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol ATW.
