One Liberty Properties Announces 6.1% Dividend Increase

(NYSE: OLP) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.35 per share. The dividend is payable January 4, 2013 to stockholders of record on December 27, 2012. The dividend will be included in 2012 taxable income. This dividend payment represents a 6.1% increase over the last dividend payment.
