Compagnie Financière Tradition / Compagnie Financière Tradition SA acquires minority stake in Finarbit SA processed and transmitted by Hugin AS. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.
Compagnie Financière Tradition SA are delighted to announce the purchase of a
45% minority stake in Finarbit SA. Ten Swiss cantonal banks and one foreign bank
remain as majority shareholders.
Tradition's Swiss subsidiary, Tradition SA and Finarbit SA will collaborate on
an operational level. The aim of the collaboration is to further develop both
companies' Swiss based operations.
