Standalone Global Server Load Balancer Now Available Through Global Distribution Channels
(firmenpresse) - MILLERTON, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 12/12/12 -- Coyote Point Systems, a leading provider of enterprise-class application delivery, load balancing and acceleration solutions, today announced the worldwide availability of Envoy SAE and Envoy OnDemand SAE Global Server Load Balancers. Coyote Point's Envoy Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) module has expanded into a new product line that operates independent of the Equalizer line of Application Delivery Controllers (ADCs) and provides full fault-tolerant redundancy for 100% application uptime.
Like the Envoy module, Envoy SAE provides Global Server Load Balancing for scaling across multiple data centers, multiple carriers and/or Wide Area Networks. Envoy SAE is a standalone device that can eliminate single points of failure by separating GSLB from the Application Delivery Controller or by adding GSLB to an existing infrastructure without having to convert the entire Application Delivery architecture.
Envoy SAE includes all of the features and functionality of Envoy GSLB plus many new features not available in the Envoy Module. With the recent expansion of Envoy to the Equalizer E250GX ADC, Coyote Point's entire lineup of Equalizer ADCs now supports Envoy Global Server Load Balancing.
