Goldstar Minerals Inc. Confirms Engagement of Renmark Financial Communications Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/13/12 -- Further to Goldstar Minerals Inc.'s ("Goldstar" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GDM) news release dated August 14, 2012, the Company wishes to confirm the terms of its engagement of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. ("Renmark"). Laurence Lachance and Barry Mire, from Renmark, will act as a lead and second account manager respectively for Goldstar Minerals Inc.
In connection with the engagement, Renmark was awarded a consulting contract for CAD $3,000 per month which was effective on August 1, 2012. Both the Company and Renmark have the right to terminate the engagement at any time, providing 30-day written notice to this effect. In addition to providing investor relations services Renmark will be directly involved in road show management, will assist in the transmission of public disclosure to existing and potential investors to help identify specific concerns of the retail investment community.
