Bonterra Energy Corp. Announces Conference Call December 17, 2012

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/13/12 -- Bonterra Energy Corp. (TSX: BNE) (Bonterra) and Spartan Oil Corp. (Spartan) announce they will host a conference call and webcast on December 17, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (10:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time) to discuss the Definitive Agreement whereby Bonterra has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Spartan and address investor questions.
