Haslemere, United Kingdom - 14th December, 2013 United Energy Group plc has
called management consultant Dr. Claus Bergschneider and tax consultant
Ralf Volgmann to join the Board of Directors of the company.
Claus Bergschneider has many years of experience in the energy industry. He
already held responsible positions in various energy companies, amongst
them RWE Energie, and recently worked as chief representative of Gazprom
Germania until 2010.
Ralf Volgmann was a partner in a Dusseldorf tax consultancy until 1990 and
has since been in charge of his own tax consultancy. As CFO he will be
responsible for matters of Financing and Administration.
Ms Sne?ana Laki?evi?is now in charge of leading the regional offices in
Banja Luka and Belgrade. The lawyer worked as a State Secretary for the
Serbian government until July 2012, and previously was as a member of the
parliament of the Republic of Serbia.
Udo Witte, previously responsible for Financing, will leave the company.
The company also announces that the general meeting scheduled for the 21st
of December, 2012 has been cancelled due to re-structuring. A new date will
be announced at short notice at the beginning of the New Year.
