Paul Goddard, Ph.D., to Continue as Lead Independent Director

Anthony Coles, M.D., Chairman of the Board. Dr. Coles is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of Onyx's Board. Paul Goddard, Ph.D., will continue to serve as Lead Independent Director of the Onyx Board.
