Castle Peak Announces Granting of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/18/12 -- Castle Peak Mining Ltd. ("Castle Peak" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CAP) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, Castle Peak has granted 2,052,500 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.15 per share and are valid for a period of five years from the date of grant. Of the 2,052,500 options granted, 1,895,500 options will vest as to 25% each six months and the remaining 157,000 options will vest immediately.
