Berlin. The Supervisory Board of Berliner Synchron AG has
appointed Christoph Gerlinger [45], founder and former CEO of Frogster
Interactive Pictures AG, a listed company until its takeover, to the
Executive Board of Berliner Synchron AG with effect from 01.01.2013. A
company he is involved with had already purchased about 4% of the shares of
Berliner Synchron off-exchange in the summer of 2012. In addition to his
main activities as founder and CEO of German Startups Group, Christoph
Gerlinger takes up the position as a Member of the Board of Berliner
Synchron to assist in the restructuring and repositioning of the company.
In order not to burden this process, he will perform his duties for a
mid-range, five-digit annual remuneration. Together with the previous sole
director, Karlheinz Lubojanski, and the rest of Management of Berliner
Synchron, he will pursue the goal of leading the well-established dubbing
and localization company quickly back to its former market position and
profitability.
