Snowvole Land a Sponsorship Deal With Holiday Autos
(firmenpresse) - WOKING, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 12/19/12 -- Car hire broker, Holiday Autos have signed a new sponsorship deal with Snowvole, the online social network for skiers and boarders, which is taking its first festival to the slopes of La Plagne in France this week.
For more than 25 years Holiday Autos have been brokering for holidaymakers and business people, worldwide. This week sees the launch of their new venture into ski and snowboard sponsorship as they provide the vehicles for a new event in the snow calendar organised by the online social network, Snowvole.
The festival, which takes place in the French resort of La Plagne, will bring together ski and snowboard enthusiasts of all abilities along with journalists and bloggers who will document and report on the festival as it happens. Holiday Autos will be transporting the writers' collective between accommodation, resorts, and most importantly their laptops so that they can report live on events as they unfurl.
However the festival is more than a get together. It is a chance to investigate, review and shed some light on the growing interest people are taking in skiing and snowboarding activities and the emerging trend for taking Ski-Drive holidays.
A spokesperson for Holiday Autos said:

The broker reports that online bookings for , Austria and Norway have all increased in the last few years and Snowvole confirm the changing trend Holiday Autos have experienced.
In their first year online, the social network has attracted some 1,700 members and received 12,000 unique page visitors per month. They explain that holidaymakers are booking because as their spokesperson commented: "Skiers and boarders find the Ski-Drive option to a resort more appealing. Even once they allow for fuel, crossings and toll costs, it can be less expensive and more scenic than flying. Ski-Drive also offers them more flexibility, with door-to-door convenience, no luggage restrictions and the freedom to follow the snow and hit the freshest powder."
