IBS AG: Announcement of the 2012 Annual Report Rescheduled
- Unqualified certificate issued by the auditor
- 2012 Annual Report to be announced on 28th December 2012 after approval
by the Supervisory Board
Hoehr-Grenzhausen, 19th December 2012 - IBS AG excellence, collaboration,
manufacturing, listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
(ISIN DE0006228406), has announced that it will postpone the release of its
Annual Report for the short financial year 2012 (1st January - 30th
September 2012), originally scheduled for 21st December 2012, by one week.
The annual financial statement and the consolidated financial statement,
compiled by the IBS Board of Management, have received the unqualified
audit opinion of the appointed auditing firm, Ernst&Young GmbH. No
changes have been made to the preliminary figures announced on 14th
December 2012. The announcement of the report has now been rescheduled for
28th December 2012 after approval by the Supervisory Board.
The IBS AG Balance Sheet Press Conference and Analysts' Conference, which
were originally planned for 21st December, will therefore also be postponed
to 28th December 2012.
