Franconofurt AG executive board member Mr. Metehan Sen has informed the
supervisory board that he will resign on very amicable terms as of Dec.
31st 2012. Mr. Sen will pursue other business interest after leading
Franconofurt AG for the last six years.
In the name of the supervisory board, president Bruno Kling thanks
Metehan Sen for the very successful work he has accomplished based on a
mutual basis of trust. Metehan Sen will continue to serve as an external
advisor to Franconofurt AG.
Mr. Christian Wolf will serve as sole executive board member of
Franconofurt AG.
