Conclusion of a JV loan contract worth EUR20 million
In the past few days, LOGISTICS WASH Holding AG (WKN: A0M6EP) has concluded
a JV loan contract for over EUR20 million with an investment company
refinanced by Arabic investors.
After having been able to gather extensive experience in the operation and
further development of car washes for commercial vehicles in the past 5
years, LOGISTICS WASH will now strategically and operatively re-align its
business in the coming months.
As a carrier-independent service provider, LOGISTICS WASH will
significantly expand its activities, capacities and locations in the field
of internal silo and tank cleaning. Due to the current market situation,
LOGISTICS WASH purchases existing installations, expands these, constructs
new installations in strategically suitable locations, keeps these in its
own portfolio and will professionally operate these through innovative
partnerships.
In the coming weeks, LOGISTICS WASH's first expansion step will be to
purchase several existing locations for expansion and purchase plots of
land to construct new locations in Germany.
