Schöneck, 26 May 2010 - GK SOFTWARE AG was able to continue its successful
course during the first quarter of this year. Sales rose by 25% to EUR 5.75
million (EUR 4.59 million in the previous year) according to the quarterly
figures released today. The EBIT at EUR 1.06 million exceeded the previous
year's figure by 20% (Q1 in 2009: EUR 0.86 million). Total operating
performance rose by 34.8% to EUR 6.17 million (EUR 4.58 million in Q1 in
2009). In terms of sales, the company achieved an EBIT margin of 18.4%.
Earnings per share were EUR 0.44 after the first three months of 2010. The
Management Board has confirmed its forecast of double digit growth in sales
for the current business year with continuing good levels of profitability.

20.1% on total operating revenue). The two founders and Management Board
