Conifex Announces Interest Payment on Convertible Notes

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/20/12 -- Conifex Timber Inc. ("Conifex") (TSX VENTURE: CFF) announced today that it has issued an aggregate of 31,138 common shares in payment of accrued interest on its stepped rate subordinated convertible promissory notes in accordance with the terms thereof.

This news release is being issued pursuant to the rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
