Sale of shares in AquaGen

Cermaq ASA has sold its shareholding of 12.34 % in Aquagen to the majority owner
of AquaGen, the EW Group GmbH, for MNOK 70.The transaction will give
a booked gain under net financial items of MNOK 56 MNOK in the fourth quarter
of 2012.
